İŞ TANIMI

• Kullanıcı talepleri doğrultusunda açılacak talepler için Helpdesk ekibi ile koordinasyonu sağlamak,
• İkinci ve üçüncü seviye ticketların çözülmesine destek olmak.
• Ekibin ticket koordinasyonunu sağlamak.
• İşletim Sistemi, Group Policy ve uygulamaların çalışabilirliği konusunda ilgili ekiplere destek olmak,
• Yapılan çalışmaların dokümantasyonlarının gerçekleştirilmek,
• ServiceDesk ticket takibi gerçekleştirmek ve solutionların yönetimini yapmak,
• Süreçlerin ve sistemlerin geliştirilmesi yönünde kullanılan iş uygulamaları çalışmalarına destek olmak,
• Uygulamaların global ve ilgili partiler ile desteği konusunda aktif yer alarak iş takibi gerçekleştirmek.

GENEL NİTELİKLER

•        Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun ya da son sınıf öğrenci,
•        Haftada 5 gün katılım,
•        Raporlama ve dokümantasyon konularında özenli,
•        Müşteri odaklı ve problem çözme becerileri yüksek,
•        Teknoloji takibi ve gerektiğinde ilgili partiler ile yazılı ve sözlü iletişim kurabilmek için gerekli düzeyde İngilizce bilen
•        Analitik düşünme becerilerine sahip,
•        Sözlü ve yazılı iletişim kabiliyeti yüksek,
•        Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
•         İyi düzeyde MS Office Uygulamalarına hâkim,
•        Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini muaf/tamamlamış veya başvuru tarihi itibariyle en az 2 yıl tecili olan
•        Microsoft Windows İşletim Sistemleri konusunda deneyimli,
•        Genel network bilgisine sahip,
•        Tercihen Helpdesk tecrübesi olan.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality and Risk Management(QRM) is a central team and is responsible for setting overall professional risk management and quality control policies and monitoring compliance, ethics and independence. This responsibility includes the need to understand and adhere to policies and associated procedures in carrying out their day-to-day activities. This team has an important role in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of the most significant risks that the Firm faces and could threaten the achievement of its strategic objectives.

Legal Affairs & Compliance Manager will be an integral part of the QRM team reporting to the Quality and Risk Management Director.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in law

·         Preferably experienced in Legal and/or Compliance positions at least 9 years

·         Strong understanding of Turkish Law and practice.

·         Proven experience in acting as a compliance business partner Proactive and self-motivated profile

·         Good communication and negotiation skills

·         Strong follow-up, timeliness

·         Influential and impactful leadership and teamwork skills

·         Excellent command of English both in verbal and written 

·         Knowledge and experience on standards and regulations issued by authorities (such as  Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, Capital Markets Board and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency ) and in Data Protection Law and it implementation will be a plus

Job Description

·         Supports Quality and Risk Management department in reviewing, negotiating and finalizing service contracts from legal perspective

·         Foresees all legal and business disputes and compliance issues that may arise from business transactions with third parties and advises on taking necessary corrective measures

·         Responds to the legal advice requests on business matters

·         Continuously and closely follow up any changes in legal imperatives and takes corrective measures in the business practices of KPMG to reflect full compliance with those changes

·         Based on the escalated business and legal disputes, conflicts, litigations and queries, conducts the relevant practical and academic legal searches from relevant sources (such as precedent court decisions, legal books, legal opinions on specific competence areas) to develop the best legal strategy to defend KPMG’s interests

·         Conducts necessary legal correspondence with third parties, public institutions, supervisory authorities and law enforcements offices in terms of implementing internal/external legal controls and policies

·         Supports in solving quality and risk related conflicts between KPMG and its clients or suppliers, drafts termination notifications,

·         Drafts company's opinion on draft laws and regulations affecting the company’s interests and drafting the company's opinions to be sent to relevant institutions.

·         Additionally, support all departments on Data Protection and act as Data Protection Officer and leads Data Protection Committee.
